Please meet at the North entrance by the glass doors (this is the center entrance off of Trevian Way) at 9:45 a.m.
There will be a scheduled tour given by the principal Denise Dubravec of the New Trier East Campus of the architectural new entrance and "west wing" for our class at 10:00 a.m.
Please sign up for the tour if you would like to see the newly renovated Campus.

Reunion Party Registration Fees:
Standard Registration - $45.00 per person
Walk-In Registration - $50.00 per person
If you plan on being a Walk-In, please register on-line in advance, by October 6, 2025, so that we can guarantee enough Food & Beverages.

In order to register for the Reunion, you must first sign onto this site by entering your e-mail address as the Username and create your own Password. Once you have done this, you then can register.
Our preference would be that you can make a direct payment through Zelle from your checking account to: NTEindian@gmail.com. This is the quickest way to pay for your Registration plus there will not be any Service Fees. If paying by Zelle, please register on the webpage on the registration page, and click paying by check by mail, so your registration information will be tabulated.

Hotel Shuttle Service to/from REUNION PARTY:
A Shuttle from the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel to the Sunset Ridge Country Club and back will be provided. Please sign up if you wish to participate in this. There will be ONLY ONE Shuttle provided each way.

A block of rooms under the name of New Trier East Class of 1980, 45th Reunion have been reserved at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel.
The negotiated room rate is $159.00 USD/night for Single/Double occupancy. The above rates include overnight accommodations only, per room per night, and are subject to a 12.14% taxes. These taxes are subject to change.
Rooms are available from Friday, October 10, 2025 - Sunday, October 12, 2025.
To make individual room reservations, please contact the Hotel directly Toll free at (800) 468-3571 or go to the ResLink which is provided below. Please mention the New Trier East Class of 1980, 45th Reunion Room Block to receive the group rate on or before September 12, 2025, at 12:00 a.m.
Once an individual hotel reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Hotel Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or one (1) nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of the group block. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival or one (1) night room and tax will be assessed.
