Many of us classmates are not planning to attend the reunion this year, and dissapointed we are to miss a chance to see our friends in a welcoming adult setting at a beautiful location as it appears the code of conduct implies we are not a group of adults with appropriate social behaviours. In retrospect, every team, group and class I was in was made up of young people and adults who were there based on the premise we could trust each other, and we did so successfully as our parents did before us. We would not have the honor of attending one of the best schools in the country if it were not for all of us sharing in both reasonable guidelines and a basis of trust that allowed the environment to flourish.
At age 60, we do not need an advisory room lecture like it is a Friday in the spring.
